Shipping & Returns

 

Delivery times

We endeavour to process and ship orders as quickly as possible at all times. The vast majority of orders are shipped same or next working day. All packages are sent either by first class recorded delivery or special delivery (depending on their value).

Customers should expect delivery 2-4 working days after placing their order.

Shipping charges

Our shipping charges are simple and great value. The most you will pay for shipping is £3.45 and shipping is completely free on orders over £100.

International shipping

Sorry, but we currently only ship to addresses in the UK.

Undeliverable items

All orders require a signature on delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel at time of delivery it will be returned to your local sorting office and a card left for you explaining how you can collect your items. Sorting offices are run by Royal Mail and are conveniently located througout the country. If you need help finding the sorting office where your parcel is being held please let us know.

Shipping to alternative addresses

If you would like to specify an alternative delivery address you can do this during checkout. For your security we may request additional details from you if you opt to ship to an address other than that of the card holder.

Urgent items

If you have a particularly urgent requirement and cannot wait for our standard shipping please let us know. We will always try to help if we can and do have other options available to us.

Late deliveries

If your order does not arrive when expected please let us know. We can track the progress of orders through the Royal Mail system and advise you when to expect delivery.

Total satisfaction promise

If you are not delighted with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it to us for your choice of an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. Just call us on our freephone number to arrange the return. The only exception to this is that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of unwanted earrings once they have been removed from their packaging.

Damaged or faulty items

Whilst we strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition, there are unfortunately times when this does not happen. If you should receive damaged or faulty goods from us you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you.

Returning items

If you are returning items to us for any reason please contact us before doing so. We cannot accept returns of unexpected items.
